Tuesday, April 24th – NJC Math/Science contest for nominated Middle School students (Mrs. Liggett will send out a list of students participating)

Wednesday, April 25th – NJC Math/Science contest for nominated High School students (Mrs. Liggett will send out a list of students participating)

Wednesday, April 25th – Middle School National Junior Honor Society ceremony at 12:15 in WMC

Wednesday, April 25th - High School Academic Awards Banquet at 6:00 pm in the cafeteria & WMC

Thursday, April 26th – FFA Chapter Banquet in cafeteria/ag shop beginning at 6:30 pm

Friday, April 27th – Middle School Cotillion from 7 pm – 10 pm in the cafeteria

Sunday, April 29th & Monday, April 30th – FFA State CDE’s in Fort Collins

Monday, April 30th - All Middle School Academic/Athletic Awards LISTS must be turned in to Cass by 4 pm.  These lists must include any & all students you plan to give awards to.  This is for grades 6 – 8.  Invitations will be mailed out.

Wednesday, May 2nd  – High School Student Council Speeches & Elections in the WMC 9:30 – 10:30 am.  (8th grade students will be involved in this.) 

Thursday, May 3rd – Middle School Environment Day all day (grades 6 – 8 only)

Saturday, May 5th – Junior/Senior Grand March and Prom beginning at 4:00 pm in the Warren Mitchell Center then travel to Denver

Monday, May 7th – Elementary Honor Band involving 5th and 6th grades in Elbert

Wednesday, May 9th – IA fair (set –up evening of Tues. 5/8 & tear down on Thurs. 5/10 and awards ceremony will be at 11 am on 5/10)

Monday, May 14th- All Middle School Academic/Athletic AWARDS/CERTIFICATES must be turned into Cass by 4 pm

Wednesday, May 16th  - Elementary Track and Field Day

Sunday, May 20th – Baccalaureate in WMC at 6 pm

Monday, May 21st – Graduation practice in the Activities Building from 2 – 3:30 pm (involving seniors, junior escorts,
high school band, and choir) TENTATIVE – Depending on Finals Schedule

Monday, May 21st   – Seniors last day of school – Full Day

Monday, May 21st   – All senior grades must be turned into Mrs. Bandy by 4 pm

Tuesday, May 22nd  - High School L Club Banquet at 6:00 pm in the cafeteria & WMC

Wednesday, May 23rd  – 8th grade last day of school

Wednesday, May 23rd  - Middle School Award’s night at 6 pm with the 8th Grade Continuation Ceremony to follow in the Warren Mitchell Center

Thursday, May 24th – Last day of school (1/2 day for students)

Thursday, May 24thAll grades are due – Teacher check-out day

Sunday, May 27th  - Graduation in the Activities Building at 2 pm (Senior gift tables will be set up in the WMC)

Tuesday, June 5th - Thursday, June 7th  – FFA State Convention in Pueblo, CO
