Interests:     My tree kids and all they do, all sports, lifting weights, and climbing mountains.

Most memorable moments at LHS:     State championships, the evolution of the weight programs. All the times when kids, no mater how talented, tried really hard over an extended period of time.

Something nobody knew about me:     I don't like being called coach, especially by people I haven't coached.

Advice for students in the future:     Don't limit yourself by doing just enough to get by. Hard work and extra effort should and will always be in style.
